Do I need both MemberPress and WooCommerce?

WooCommerce is needed for one time purchases like e-books. MemberPress is for subscription management: free trial periods, monthy, and yearly subscriptions.

Do I own my website and design?

Yes! You will purchase your domain name. Once you purchase a design from me, you own the rights for use on your personal website. If you plan on duplicating multiple websites, please consult with me prior to purchasing any health or life coaching themes from Pro Coach websites.

How do I submit my content for a custom website design?

It’s easy. Most clients start a word doc with the page title at the top of each document with bold subtitles (to break up text) and suggested images. You should also include an overview document which covers the menu, social links, newsletter service details, WP login credentials, contact info and all your requirements. You can send images via email, uploading to WP media, or using dropbox. Please refrain from emailing all website content until you are confident that it is GOOD to GO!

What happens if I cancel my Hosting + Maintenance Plan?

If you cancel a HOSTING/Maintenance plan, you will will need to transfer your website to another hosting company before canceling if you plan to keep it. To cancel your membership, log-in here: ProCoachWebsites.com. Also, you will not receive any updates required for security and maintaining a functional website. Both Divi and MemberPress release regular monthly updates. Without these updates, your website will eventually become so outdated you will want to start over.
